St Leonard's Church, London SW16

St Leonard's Church is a 14th Century Church located in Streatham, London.

Work for this large and historic church included installation of a new boiler and updated control system. A Gas and CO monitoring system was also installed along with a new gas safety shutoff for extra peace of mind and safety.

Student Housing Company, sites in South East England

Founded in 2011, The Student Housing Company manages student accommodation (halls of residence) across the UK. AW Heating provides services for housing in the South East.

We have carried out work on several Student Housing Company Halls of Residence along the South Coast include PPM plantroom maintenance, boiler servicing and gas tightness testing. It also includes reactive repairs to all aspects of heating, hot water and plumbing systems and servicing of AHU and MVHR ventilation systems.

Green Wrythe Primary School, Carshalton

Working in school holiday time to reduce impact on school, work included PPM plantroom maintenance, boiler servicing and gas tightness testing. A Gas interlock system was install along with system upgrades.

Hornsey Town Hall, London N8

Hornsey Town Hall is an iconic Modernist style building built in the 1930s. It was used by the local Council until the mid 1960s and is now being developed into accommodation and an art centre.

Work in this Grade II listed building includes ongoing PPM plantroom maintenance and boiler servicing and gas tightness testing and reactive repairs to all aspects of heating, hot water and plumbing systems.

We are Gas Safe registered

AW Heating Commercial Ltd takes gas safety seriously. All of our engineers are on the Gas Safe Register and will have their official identity card when you ask to see it.

Gas Safe Register is the official gas safety organisation in Great Britain.

It replaced CORGI on 1st April 2009. Gas Safe Register is responsible for the registration and regulation of gas engineers. Membership is mandatory for any company or engineer working with gas appliances.
